10777 nonverba cory 222 2012-05-18 05:45:18 -1 Reasonable transaction, fast processing, but after the shipping incurred a large duty charge unexpectedly, he refused to partially pay for it, despite having known that UPS charges a lot on duty. This was not required of him but would have been good customer service. Also, fees were extremely high for the services provided. I will not be doing business with him again.
