The initial user agreement that I got from them didn't seem to include that kind of thing, but they still had a clause that said if they don't like what you trade, they can just shut you down. Good thing they didn't steal any money.

They'll just say they aren't sure the account holder authorized the transaction . They will steal your money, lock your account and won't let you trade for BTC, even if you do it perfectly honestly and transparently.
