To use this form, submit a structured message containing information about the rating, signed with the key on record for the rater.

Step 1: create structured rating message.

You can use the following form to help you create the structured message to sign, which will be displayed in the text field for Step 2.

Step 2: sign and upload structured rating message.

Sign the text below, and paste the signed message in the form.

If using GPG key, use gpg --clearsign, and paste the whole output.

If using bitcoin signmessage, append bitcoin signmessage output to the content below, on a separate line.
