After much public hassle (http://bitcoinstats.com/irc/bitcoin-otc/logs/2012/02/19/20 , and /2012/02/21/4), he finally paid, and also confirmed my payment not understanding why rating doesnt change afterall: One simply cannot trust his word, and I suggest to never take risk for him.

Spawn has not apparently made payment arrangement with the customers of his that wound up short of cash. He's been actively trading while this issue remains unresolved I woulnd't trade until his customers aresatisfied that he'll reimburse them. I have not traded w/ Spawn personally, would AFTER this
